Pursuit of Justice

Start: mail from Justinian Theo (Official Summons of Justice), or Maelin Starpyre  187, -5, -45 (no feather yet)

  • Examine the Coin of Eternal Scales and "Answer the summons" → you're zoned to the Plane of Justice: Eye of the Tribunal.
  • Speak with The Tribunal, watch the scene, receive the Book of The Plane of Knowledge, and get zoned back to Myrist. Speak to Maelin Starpyre  187, -5, -45 to begin.
  • Collect A Testimony of Tranquility in the South Wing Stacks  194, -20, 233, then read it from your inventory.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre  190, -5, -41.
  • Meditate upon the threat of nothingness in the North Wing Stacks  234, -20, -286.
    • Kill the bookworm that attacks, then pick up the gnawed book it drops  234, -20, -286.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre again  190, -5, -41.
  • Gather 6 Dried Bark from the Myrist Conservatory  56, -20, -92, then deposit it in two piles in the North Wing Stacks  275, -20, -257.
  • Take the lift  419, -5, -13 up to the Grand Librarian's Office  414, 15, 245 and meditate.
  • Speak with Quellious  435, 15, 233.

Examine the Coin first. Maelin shows no quest feather until you examine the Coin of Eternal Scales - the #1 reason people think this line is broken.

Visitation Day

Start: Quellious  437, 15, 233

  • Use the teleporter behind Quellious  443, 15, 229 to enter the Plane of Justice: Eternal Prisons.
  • Slay the Sentry of Justice patrolling the corridor.
  • Speak with Druzzil Ro  46, -68, -14 through the upper bars of her cell.
    • Alternative: harvest a random green shiny for a mithril cell key, open the cell to reach an enforcer  29, -68, -15, kill him, loot the justicarium cell key, and speak to her inside.
  • Return to the Great Library and speak to Maelin Starpyre  187, -5, -45.

Reward: Tanaanite Spellwoven Leggings (mercenary legs) · ~1g 41s.

Starpyre's Flames

Start: Maelin Starpyre  186, -5, -42

  • Gather a Vial of Hypostatic Oil - Smiths' Gallery (teleporter  387, 15, 170, top floor) or the Crafters' Gallery; it sits loose on the ground, not by any crafting table.
  • Gather 7 Runes of Obeisance - South Wing Catalog (top floor  380, 15, 205) or the Grand Librarian's Office  430, 15, 241; randomly distributed around the room.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre near the Mural of the Planes, ground floor of the Myrist Main Stacks  247, -7, -24.
  • Place the 7 runes on the mural symbols in the circles at the center of the Main Stacks room.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre again.

Pure Adventure

Start: Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24 - sample Fire, then Air

  • From the North Wing Stacks (ground floor) take the teleporter  260, -20, -285 to the Elemental Portal Gallery, then the portal  728, 412, -337 into Doomfire: The Enkindled Towers [Solo]; progress and loot a thermite briquette from the final named, Ra-Sekjet.
  • Return and speak with Maelin Starpyre in the Myrist Main Stacks  246, -7, -26.
  • Back to the Portal Gallery; use the Eryslai portal  712, 412, -380 into Eryslai: The Bixel Hive [Solo]; progress and loot an ephemeral gust from the final named, Aurorax the Bixel Queen (teleports you out).
    • Kill the attacking icecrete rumbler, take the portal  -642, -176, -964 back to the Hive, use the Pollen Launcher  -508, 356, -436 (or evac), then the portal  494, -202, -1470 to return to Myrist.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre  246, -7, -26.

Planes of Disorder

Start: Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24 - sample Water, then Earth

  • Bring potions - power, health, cure trauma & arcane; you'll need them.
  • From the North Wing Stacks teleporter  260, -20, -285 reach the Portal Gallery; use the portal  789, 412, -380 into Awuidor: The Nebulous Deep [Solo]; kill the final named, Aegaeon, the Violent  1262, 630, 22, for the onzolan crystal.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre  246, -7, -26.
  • Back to the Portal Gallery; use the portal  774, 412, -336 into Vegarlson: Ruins of Rathe [Solo]; kill the final nameds Koni Ferus and Pete Bogg  -67, 80, 429 for a tectonic fragment (teleports you out).
    • Approach Lady Najena, hear her monologue, then attack - pull her toward the water near  587, 13, -310. She cannot be killed.
    • Place the snow mounds she throws to build an ice bridge across the water (start on the peninsula; ~5 mounds, all the way to the portal). Click the portal  471, 14, -297 to return to the zone start.
  • Speak with Maelin Starpyre  246, -7, -26.

Cure up before you zone in. Awuidor and Najena's snow-bridge hit hard - stock power, health, cure trauma & arcane potions first.

Shadow Casting in the Dark

Start: Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24 - branches into four elemental "Order" sub-quests

  • Take the elevator to the top floor (Mezzanine) and use the portal  440, 15, 230 in the Grand Librarian's Office to reach the Plane of Justice: Eternal Prisons.
  • Speak to Druzzil Ro  45, -67, 13 - tab to her and press H, or kill an enforcer for the Justicarium Key to her cell.
  • Get a mithril cell key from a green shiny  27.95, -67.02, 8.59, unlock the cell door  20.53, -67.51, -5.46, then kill Balgros  22.02, -67.60, -26.17 for a feyiron cell key.
  • Open Tayil N'Velex's cell  11, -67, -7 and speak to her.
  • Travel to the Enchanted Lands and use the half-buried statue  -1012, -1, -385 to enter Isle of Vul: Bellengere's Dark Spire.
  • Kill the seven Vul adherents and Fathad Zastim on the beach for the Shadow Gem (kill all to break the barrier). Go up the ramp  29.79, 2.41, -31.59 and click the purple barrier at the top.
  • Destroy the barrier at the tower door  30, 40, -88: kill the 4 savage grathok and move their goo piles to the tower.
  • Kill the shadowmen and gather the Void Shard Key  78, 46, -116, then click the barrier blocking the stairwell  75, 67, -98.
  • Speak to Bellengere the Three  81, 69, -101, then return to Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24.
  • Complete the four elemental Order sub-quests - each starts by clicking a corrupted conflagration near Maelin, then gathering 19 pure samples in a fresh instance and cleansing that plane's stone:
    • Gusts of Order - air; Eryslai: The Midnight Aerie [Solo], 19 ephemeral gusts, cleanse The Oeranthia Breathstone.
    • Layers of Order - earth; Vegarlson: Council's Stronghold [Solo], 19 tectonic fragments, cleanse The Thudos Corestone.
    • Flames of Order - fire; Doomfire: Elements of Rage [Solo], 19 thermite briquettes, cleanse The Corilac Embergem.
    • Waves of Order - water; Awuidor: Marr's Ascent [Solo], 19 onzolan crystals, cleanse The Qisalis Tripearl.

Order drops are RNG. Each of the four Order sub-quests needs 19 elemental samples from uncommon drops - expect to re-enter a fresh instance to finish a set.

Ward of Chaos ElementsFinale

Face the Chaos

Start: Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24 - solo zone; grouped players each get their own instance

  • Use the portal  298, -5, -116 in Myrist to enter the Ward of Chaos Elements.
  • Ward of Wind and Frost  -95, -377, -1: kill an icecrete rumbler for an Icecrete Shield. Gather 4 chillsoot embers from chillsoot dervishes at the Abandoned Garrison  -198, -376, 179, throw one at Glimmerghast by the entrance  -112, -354, 95 to aggro, then kill Glimmerghast, the fog archon (use the Icecrete Shield) to open the barrier  -211, -354, 94.
  • Ward of Floods and Storms  -191, -329, 155: kill a shock tempest for a Fulgurite Strike, then kill 4 ballast stone rumblers and place their bodies in the south pool  -92, -329, 207. Kill Cursemuck, the mud golem - use the Fulgurite Strike to strip his Slippery Defense buff.
  • Ward of Earthen Might  -248, -355, 10: kill a stormstone twister for a Wellstone Spout, kill all flamestone furies to raise the stone bridges, then kill Blazeanger, the lavawurm golem  -273, -440, -77 (use the Wellstone Spout) to remove the barrier  -339, -375, 125.
  • Ward of Fire and Flame  -309, -381, 184: collect 5 cinder gems and 4 tattered paper and kill all wildfires. At the Totality of Knowledge  -401, -402, 90 gather the Filtered Breath scroll, clear the wildfires, and click the Fires of Knowledge  -401, -402, 64 to throw in the papers and gems, spawning Cinderstench, the smoke archon. Kill him (use Filtered Breath on the toxin emote) to remove the barrier  -417, -391, 126.
  • Atrium of Chaos  -467, -407, 126: kill all chaos storms to activate the lift  -490, -408, 125, then ride it up.
  • Defeat Lady Najena  -498, -179, 114 - keep the Icecrete Shield and Filtered Breath scrolls up the whole fight.
    • At 85% she summons Glimmerghast (Icecrete Shield), 65% Cursemuck (Fulgurite Strike), 45% Blazeanger (Wellstone Spout), 25% Cinderstench (Filtered Breath). Kill each elemental, then return DPS to Najena.
    • At 5% she becomes immune, threatens the coming shissar invasion, and vanishes.
  • Speak to Maelin Starpyre  244, -7, -24 in Myrist. (Legacy of Power boosts these rewards.)
